MINUTES
HULL CONTRIBUTORY RETIREMENT BOARD MEETING
September 26, 2001
The Hull Contributory Retirement Board meeting came to order in the second floor meeting room at 9:00 a.m. The following members were present:
Kenneth Resnick, Leonard Colten, and Jim Yacobucci. Also present was the Administrative Assistant, Maria Hortaridis.
The Board set a date for the next monthly Board meeting for October 24, 2001. .
The Board signed all bill warrants.
The Board signed the Payroll for September 2001.
The Board read all informational mail.
The Board read and attested to the Minutes of the August 22, 2001 Board meeting.
The Board approved two new members to the Hull Retirement System:
Eleonor McGongle and Ricky Capone.
The Board approved the withdrawal of funds for Robert Stoltz to an IRA.
The Board approved the superannuation retirement for Elizabeth Charubini's retirement.
The Board discussed new and old business.
The Board discussed the new firefighter, Randolph Boothby's call time from the Randolph Fire Department. Leonard Colten stated that he called the Norfolk County Retirement System and spoke with the someone who said that Randolph Boothby is not eligible for his call time. Maria Hortaridis, Administrative Assistant, will follow-up with Norfolk County so that they can send their response in writing to the Retirement Board.
The Board reviewed William Geyer's status not complying with PERAC's filing of his 2000 Annual Statement of Earned Income. The Board voted unanimously to suspend Geyer's September pension check.
The Board discussed the possibility of buying a fireproof file cabinet for all retiree files. Yacobucci made a motion to buy a file cabinet (not to exceed over $1,000) and Resnick seconds the motion, and the board voted unanimously.
The Hull Contributory Retirement Board meeting adjourned at 10:02 a.m.
